She's kept up a healthy routine with regular trips to the gym, but pregnant Kim Kardashian gave into her junk food cravings on Friday.
The 31-year-old, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, shared a picture of her early morning treat - a McDonalds McGriddle breakfast sandwich, which is made from bacon, egg and American cheese served on a small pancake made with maple flavoring.
Alongside the picture, she tweeted: 'Just one bite! #McGriddle #MyFave.'
