Charlie Sheen pays $12k towards funeral for paparazzo killed while snapping shots of Justin Bieber

Charlie Sheen is continuing on his streak of generosity.
The Anger Management actor has given a check to the family of Chris Guerra, the young paparazzo who died while covering Justin Bieber on the streets of Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, Sheen sent a $12,000 check to Guerra's mother Vicky to help pay for the burial of her 29-year-old son, something he said a parent should never have to endure.
'A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It's an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future,' the father-of-five said in a statement to TMZ on Thursday.
He continued: 'As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved.'
Guerra, a freelance photographer, was tailing Bieber’s Ferrari when it was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers in Los Angeles on New Year's Day.
After being asked by officers to leave the scene for his safety, Guerra was struck by an SUV and later died at a Los Angeles hospital.
Guerra's family opened up to Celebuzz on Thursday to say that they don't blame the 18-year-old Canadian pop star for their son's death.
'Chris loved his work and got on well with people,' Guerra's sister Chantel Brown said in the family's first interview.
'It was upsetting when we read reports that Justin felt ''harassed and stalked'' by my brother because he was just not that kind of person, if anything he was respectful of celebrities.'

She recounted a time in which Justin was lost and Chris helped him get back to his hotel, and said that the family is 'not upset with Justin Bieber.'

Charlie has been in the giving mood as of late, making two very public donations in the past few months.
His season of giving started with dropping $100,000 for Scary Movie 5 co-star Linsday Lohan, who is reported to be in bad debt with the IRS.
But the former Two and a Half Men star claims that Lohan never expressed thanks for his help and was rather miffed by her lack of gratitude.

Weeks later, Charlie's wallet hit the headlines again, this time offering $75,000 for a 10-year-old girl suffering from a rare form of cancer in Huntington Beach, California.
The actor learned of Jasmine Faulk's story after a quick chat with her father, a Huntington Beach police officer.
According to TMZ.com, Charlie's stunt-double Eddie Braun also gave $25,000.
