And Alyson Hannigan managed to combine a workout session with taking her six-month-old Keeva for a stroll in her pram on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old American Pie star looked in good spirits as she ran along the Los Angeles streets while pushing her baby girl.

She even seemed a little worn out after her stretch of exercise.
Alyson was today without three-year-old daughter Satyana and husband Alexis Denisof, 46, after the family enjoyed a shopping trip to L.A. outdoor shopping mall The Grove yesterday.

The How I Met Your Mother star is clearly enjoying motherhood, although her newborn is keeping her up at night,
She recently tweeted: 'At this point I wouldn’t know what to do with a good night's sleep.'
Alyson was taking a break today from filming the hit comedy show How I met Your Mother in which she plays Lily Aldrin.
She has also recently reprised her role of Michelle in the American Pie franchise in sequel film American Reunion.
